Workshops for Dancewalk – Aizawl
- to understand in the body the particularity of dancewalking (not dancing in place but constantly through space)
- to see how variations of walking with the legs, the arms, the torso, is already dancing.
- to develop new coordinations between the lower and the upper parts of the body through some dancewalk movements
- to feel the freedom in one’s body;
- to decide of one’s own destiny going forward through time while dancing;
- to feel the joy to re-appropriate the urban space for oneself (as an individual and as a group).
